Ingredients

- 2 lobster tails
- 8 oz fettuccine pasta
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Boil water and cook fettuccine according to package instructions.
- In a pan, heat olive oil over medium heat.
- Add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute.
- Remove lobster meat from shells and chop into pieces.
- Add lobster to the pan and cook for 3-4 minutes.
- Pour in heavy cream and stir to combine.
- Add grated Parmesan cheese and mix until melted.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Drain pasta and combine with the sauce.
- Garnish with fresh parsley and serve.
