Ingredients

  • 2 lobster tails
  • 8 oz fettuccine pasta
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Boil water and cook fettuccine according to package instructions.
  2. In a pan, heat olive oil over medium heat.
  3. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute.
  4. Remove lobster meat from shells and chop into pieces.
  5. Add lobster to the pan and cook for 3-4 minutes.
  6. Pour in heavy cream and stir to combine.
  7. Add grated Parmesan cheese and mix until melted.
  8. Season with salt and pepper.
  9. Drain pasta and combine with the sauce.
