Ingredients

- 1 lb lobster meat
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 cup cold water
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp baking powder
- Salt to taste
- Oil for frying
Instructions
- Prepare the lobster by cutting it into bite-sized pieces.
- In a bowl, mix flour, baking powder, and salt.
- In another bowl, whisk together cold water and egg.
- Combine wet and dry ingredients to form a batter.
- Heat oil in a deep pan over medium heat.
- Dip lobster pieces in batter and fry until golden brown.
- Remove and drain on paper towels.
- Serve hot with dipping sauce.
Notes
- Use cold water for a crispier batter.
- Do not overcrowd the pan while frying.
