Description

A delicious combination of grilled lobster and steak served with sides.


Ingredients

  • 2 lobster tails
  • 2 ribeye steaks
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Season the steaks with salt and pepper.
  3. Melt butter in a small pan, add garlic and parsley.
  4. Grill the steaks for 4-5 minutes on each side.
  5. Split the lobster tails and brush with garlic butter.
  6. Grill lobster for 5-7 minutes until cooked through.
  7. Serve steaks and lobster with remaining garlic butter.
