Ingredients

- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 ½ cups granulated sugar
- ½ cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1 cup milk
- 3 eggs
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Red food coloring
- Buttercream frosting
- Black fondant for eyes
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix flour, sugar, and baking powder.
- Add butter and milk, mix until smooth.
- Add eggs and vanilla, blend well.
- Divide batter into two bowls. Color one red with food coloring.
- Pour batters into lobster-shaped cake mold.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let the cake cool completely.
- Frost with buttercream and decorate with fondant eyes.
Notes
- Make sure the cake is fully cooled before frosting.
- You can use a different mold shape if needed.
- Adjust food coloring for desired shade of red.
