Description

A delicious lobster salad sandwich with fresh ingredients.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound cooked lobster meat, chopped
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1/4 cup celery, finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup red onion, finely chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 4 slices of bread
  • Leafy greens (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine lobster meat, mayonnaise, lemon juice, and Dijon mustard.
  2. Add celery and red onion. Mix well.
  3. Season with salt and pepper.
  4. Toast the bread slices if desired.
  5. Spread the lobster salad on two slices of bread.
  6. Add leafy greens if using.
  7. Top with the remaining bread slices and cut in half.
