A delicious lobster salad sandwich with fresh ingredients.
Ingredients

- 1 pound cooked lobster meat, chopped
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1/4 cup celery, finely chopped
- 1/4 cup red onion, finely chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 4 slices of bread
- Leafy greens (optional)
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine lobster meat, mayonnaise, lemon juice, and Dijon mustard.
- Add celery and red onion. Mix well.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Toast the bread slices if desired.
- Spread the lobster salad on two slices of bread.
- Add leafy greens if using.
- Top with the remaining bread slices and cut in half.

- Use fresh lobster for best flavor.
- Adjust mayonnaise to your taste.
