Delicious lobster quiche that combines rich flavors and a flaky crust.

- 1 pre-made pie crust
- 1 cup cooked lobster meat, chopped
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 4 large eggs
- 1 cup shredded Swiss cheese
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon fresh chives, chopped
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Place the pie crust in a pie dish and prick the bottom with a fork.
- Bake the crust for 10 minutes, then remove from the oven.
- In a bowl, whisk together the eggs and heavy cream.
- Add the salt, pepper, and chives to the egg mixture.
- Spread the lobster meat evenly over the baked crust.
- Pour the egg mixture over the lobster and top with Swiss cheese.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until the quiche is set and lightly browned.
- Let it cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
Notes
- Use fresh lobster for best flavor.
- Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
- Quiche can be served warm or cold.
