Ingredients

  • 1 pound cooked lobster meat, chopped
  • 1 sheet puff pastry, thawed
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese
  • 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix lobster meat, cream cheese, green onions, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
  3. Roll out the puff pastry on a floured surface.
  4. Cut the pastry into squares.
  5. Place a spoonful of the lobster mixture in the center of each square.
  6. Fold the pastry over to form triangles and seal the edges.
  7. Brush the tops with beaten egg.
  8. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
