Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C).
  2. Roll out the pizza crust on a floured surface.
  3. Transfer the crust to a pizza stone or baking sheet.
  4. Brush the crust with olive oil and sprinkle garlic on top.
  5. Spread ricotta cheese evenly over the crust.
