- 1 pizza crust
- 1 cup cooked lobster meat, chopped
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1/2 cup ricotta cheese
- 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- Fresh parsley, for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C).
- Roll out the pizza crust on a floured surface.
- Transfer the crust to a pizza stone or baking sheet.
- Brush the crust with olive oil and sprinkle garlic on top.
- Spread ricotta cheese evenly over the crust.
- Distribute the cooked lobster meat over the ricotta.
- Add mozzarella and Parmesan cheese on top of the lobster.
- Sprinkle oregano, salt, and pepper over the pizza.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
