Delicious lobster patties made with fresh lobster meat.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound fresh lobster meat
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Oil for frying

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine lobster meat, breadcrumbs, mayonnaise, green onions, egg, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper.
  2. Mix until well combined.
  3. Form the mixture into patties.
  4. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
  5. Fry the patties for about 4-5 minutes on each side or until golden brown.
  6. Remove and drain on paper towels.
  7. Serve with your favorite sauce.
