Ingredients

- 2 pounds lobster legs
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 lemon, juiced
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
Instructions
- Fill a large pot with water and bring it to a boil.
- Add the lobster legs to the boiling water and cook for 5-7 minutes.
- While the legs cook, melt butter in a pan over medium heat.
- Add garlic to the melted butter and sauté for 1 minute.
- Remove the lobster legs from the pot and drain.
- Pour the garlic butter over the lobster legs.
- Squeeze lemon juice on top and season with salt and pepper.
- Serve hot.
