Instructions

  1. Fill a large pot with water and bring it to a boil.
  2. Add the lobster legs to the boiling water and cook for 5-7 minutes.
  3. While the legs cook, melt butter in a pan over medium heat.
  4. Add garlic to the melted butter and sauté for 1 minute.
  5. Remove the lobster legs from the pot and drain.
  6. Pour the garlic butter over the lobster legs.
  7. Squeeze lemon juice on top and season with salt and pepper.
  8. Serve hot.
