- 1 lobster tail, cooked and chopped

- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 cup mixed vegetables (peas, carrots, corn)
- 3 green onions, chopped
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Heat the oil in a large pan over medium heat.
- Add the mixed vegetables and cook until tender.
- Push the vegetables to the side and pour in the beaten eggs, scrambling them until cooked.
- Add the cooked rice and lobster meat to the pan.
- Pour in the soy sauce and oyster sauce, mixing everything well.
- Stir in the green onions and season with salt and pepper.
- Cook for another 2-3 minutes until heated through.

- Use day-old rice for better texture.
- Adjust the amount of soy sauce based on your taste.
- Feel free to add other proteins like shrimp or chicken.
