- 1 pound lobster meat, cooked and chopped
- 1 can escargot, drained
- 1/2 cup butter, softened
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 tablespoon fresh thyme, chopped
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix the butter, garlic, parsley, thyme, salt, and pepper.
- Add the lobster meat and escargot to the mixture and combine.
- Transfer the mixture to a baking dish.
- Sprinkle breadcrumbs on top.
- Bake for 20 minutes until golden brown.
- Serve hot.
