Delicious lobster dumplings filled with fresh lobster meat and spices.
Ingredients

- 1 pound lobster meat
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon ginger, minced
- 2 green onions, chopped
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
Instructions
- Prepare dough by mixing flour, water, and salt until smooth.
- In a bowl, combine lobster meat, ginger, green onions, and soy sauce.
- Roll dough into small circles.
- Place a spoonful of filling in the center of each circle.
- Fold and seal dumplings tightly.
- Steam dumplings for 10-12 minutes.
Notes
- Serve with soy sauce or chili sauce.
- You can substitute with shrimp if desired.
