Ingredients

- 8 oz cavatelli pasta
- 1 lb lobster meat, cooked and chopped
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1/4 cup white wine
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
- Cook cavatelli according to package instructions.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
- Add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute.
- Pour in white wine and simmer for 2 minutes.
- Add heavy cream and stir well.
- Mix in lobster meat and cook until heated through.
- Add cooked cavatelli and Parmesan cheese. Stir to combine.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Garnish with parsley before serving.

- Use fresh lobster for the best flavor.
- This dish can be made with shrimp instead of lobster.
