  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. Cook cavatelli according to package instructions.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
  3. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute.
  4. Pour in white wine and simmer for 2 minutes.
  5. Add heavy cream and stir well.
  6. Mix in lobster meat and cook until heated through.
  7. Add cooked cavatelli and Parmesan cheese. Stir to combine.
  8. Season with salt and pepper.
  9. Garnish with parsley before serving.
