A festive gathering centered around a delicious lobster boil.
Ingredients

- 5 lbs live lobsters
- 2 lbs red potatoes
- 1 lb corn on the cob, cut into halves
- 1/2 cup Old Bay seasoning
- 1 lemon, halved
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup salt
- Water, as needed
Instructions
- Fill a large pot with water and add salt, Old Bay seasoning, garlic, and lemon.
- Bring the water to a rolling boil.
- Add the potatoes and cook for 10 minutes.
- Add the corn and cook for another 5 minutes.
- Add the lobsters and cook for 12-15 minutes until bright red.
- Remove the pot from heat and drain the water.
- Serve the lobsters with potatoes and corn on a large table covered with newspaper.
Notes
- Ensure lobsters are alive before cooking.
- Adjust seasoning to taste.
- Provide melted butter for dipping.
