Ingredients

- 1 cup cooked lobster meat, chopped
- 4 slices of bacon
- 2 slices of bread
- 1 leaf of lettuce
- 2 slices of tomato
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook the bacon in a skillet until crispy.
- Toast the bread slices.
- In a bowl, mix lobster meat with mayonnaise, salt, and pepper.
- Spread the lobster mixture on one slice of bread.
- Add bacon, lettuce, and tomato on top.
- Cover with the second slice of bread.
- Cut the sandwich in half and serve.
