Description
A delicious way to use leftover prime rib in a flavorful sandwich.
Ingredients

- 2 slices of bread
- 4 oz leftover prime rib, thinly sliced
- 1 oz Swiss cheese
- 1 oz horseradish sauce
- 1 tbsp butter
Instructions
- Heat a skillet over medium heat.
- Spread butter on one side of each slice of bread.
- Place one slice of bread, butter side down, in the skillet.
- Add sliced prime rib on top of the bread.
- Top with Swiss cheese.
- Add horseradish sauce on the other slice of bread and place it on top, butter side up.
- Cook until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes.
- Flip the sandwich and cook the other side until golden and cheese is melted.
- Remove from skillet, slice, and serve hot.
Notes
- Use any type of bread you prefer.
- Add sautéed onions or mushrooms for extra flavor.
- Serve with a side salad or fries.
