Ingredients

- 8 oz linguine
- 1 lb langostino lobster, cooked
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
Instructions
- Cook linguine according to package instructions.
- Heat olive oil in a large pan over medium heat.
- Add garlic and sauté for 1 minute.
- Add cherry tomatoes and cook for 2-3 minutes.
- Add langostino lobster and cook until heated through.
- Season with salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes.
- Toss in cooked linguine and parsley.
- Serve immediately.
