Ingredients

- 200 grams of sponge cake
- 200 grams of dark chocolate
- 100 ml of coconut milk
- 150 grams of desiccated coconut
- 300 ml of whipped cream
- 1 tablespoon of icing sugar
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 180°C.
- Prepare the sponge cake and allow it to cool completely.
- Melt the dark chocolate with coconut milk in a bowl.
- Cut the sponge cake into strips and dip them in the chocolate mixture.
- Roll the chocolate-covered sponge in desiccated coconut.
- Shape the coated sponge into a wreath on a serving plate.
- Whip cream with icing sugar and pipe it onto the wreath.
- Chill the wreath for at least 1 hour before serving.
Notes
- You can use store-bought sponge cake for convenience.
- Adjust sweetness by varying the amount of icing sugar.
- Let the wreath sit for a few hours for better flavor.
