  • 1/4 cup sliced bell peppers
  • 1/4 cup sliced olives

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix warm water, yeast, and sugar. Let it sit for 5 minutes.
  3. Add flour, salt, and olive oil. Mix until a dough forms.
  4. Knead the dough for about 5 minutes until smooth.
  5. Let the dough rise for 30 minutes in a warm place.
  6. Roll out the dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness.
  7. Place the rolled dough on a pizza stone or baking sheet.
  8. Spread pizza sauce evenly over the dough.
  9. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese on top.
  10. Add pepperoni, bell peppers, and olives.
  11. Bake for 15-20 minutes until the crust is golden brown.
  12. Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before slicing.
