Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Grease and flour a heart-shaped cake pan.
- In a large bowl, mix flour, sugar, cocoa, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
- Add eggs, milk, oil, and vanilla. Beat for 2 minutes.
- Stir in boiling water until well combined.
- Pour the batter into the prepared pan.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let the cake cool for 10 minutes, then remove from the pan.
- For frosting, beat butter until creamy. Gradually add powdered sugar and heavy cream.
- Add vanilla extract and mix until smooth.
- Frost the cooled cake and decorate with fresh strawberries.
