- 3/4 cup warm water

- 1 cup pizza sauce
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- Your choice of toppings (pepperoni, bell peppers, olives, etc.)
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine warm water, sugar, and yeast. Let it sit for 5 minutes.
- Add flour, salt, and olive oil. Mix until a dough forms.
- Knead the dough for about 5 minutes until smooth.
- Let the dough rise in a warm place for 1 hour.
- Preheat the oven to 475°F (245°C).
- Roll out the dough into a heart shape on a floured surface.
- Spread pizza sauce over the dough.
- Sprinkle mozzarella cheese and add your favorite toppings.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until the crust is golden brown.

- Use a heart-shaped pizza pan for best results.
