Instructions
- Blanch green beans in boiling water for 3-4 minutes.
- Drain and transfer to an ice bath to stop cooking.
- In a skillet, heat butter and olive oil over medium heat.
- Add almonds and sauté until golden brown.
- Add the green beans and toss to combine.
- Season with salt and pepper, serve warm.
