- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup salsa
- 1 packet taco seasoning
- 1 bag tortilla chips
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned.
- Stir in taco seasoning and water as directed on the packet.
- Layer tortilla chips on a baking sheet.
- Spread the cooked beef over the chips.
- Add salsa and sprinkle with cheddar cheese.
- Bake for 10-15 minutes until cheese is melted.
- Remove from oven and drizzle with sour cream.
Notes
- Serve with additional salsa on the side.
- You can add jalapeños for extra spice.
- This recipe can be doubled for larger gatherings.
