Ingredients

- 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 cup sugar
- 4 (8 oz) packages cream cheese, softened
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 4 large eggs
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- Green food coloring
- White chocolate for decoration
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 325°F (160°C).
- Mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter in a bowl.
- Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan.
- In a large bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
- Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
- Stir in vanilla, sour cream, and flour until combined.
- Pour half the batter over the crust.
- Mix green food coloring into the remaining batter and pour on top.
- Bake for 50-60 minutes or until set.
- Let cool, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
- Decorate with melted white chocolate to create football laces.
