- 12 eggs
- 1 cup milk
- 2 cups shredded cheese
- 1 pound breakfast sausage
- 1 bell pepper, diced
- 1 onion, diced
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- 1 loaf of bread, cubed
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a pan, cook the sausage until browned. Drain excess fat.
- In a bowl, whisk eggs and milk. Add salt and pepper.
- Add cooked sausage, cheese, bell pepper, onion, and cubed bread to the egg mixture. Stir well.
- Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes until set and golden.
- Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.

- Feel free to add your favorite vegetables.
- Can be made ahead and reheated.
