Ingredients

- 1 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 4 cups powdered sugar
- 2 cups chocolate chips
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix peanut butter, butter, and vanilla until smooth.
- Add powdered sugar gradually, mixing until combined.
- Form the mixture into small balls and place on a baking sheet.
- Chill in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
- Melt chocolate chips with vegetable oil in a microwave.
- Dip each ball halfway into the chocolate and place back on the sheet.
- Let chocolate set before serving.

- Store in the refrigerator for longer freshness.
- Adjust the sweetness by varying powdered sugar.
- Use dark chocolate for a richer flavor.
