Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Rub the inside of a fondue pot with garlic.
  2. Pour in white wine and lemon juice, heat gently.
  3. Gradually add grated cheese, stirring until melted.
  4. Mix cornstarch with kirsch and add to the pot.
  5. Stir until smooth and bubbly.
  6. Serve with bread cubes for dipping.
