Ingredients

- 200g Gruyère cheese
- 200g Emmental cheese
- 1 clove garlic
- 300ml dry white wine
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp cornstarch
- 1 tbsp kirsch (cherry brandy)
- Fresh bread, cut into cubes
Instructions
- Rub the inside of a fondue pot with garlic.
- Pour in white wine and lemon juice, heat gently.
- Gradually add grated cheese, stirring until melted.
- Mix cornstarch with kirsch and add to the pot.
- Stir until smooth and bubbly.
- Serve with bread cubes for dipping.
