Ingredients

- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 package of mini phyllo cups
- 1 can diced tomatoes
- 1 packet taco seasoning
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F.
- In a skillet, cook the ground beef until browned.
- Add taco seasoning and diced tomatoes to the beef. Stir well.
- Place mini phyllo cups on a baking sheet.
- Fill each cup with the beef mixture.
- Top with shredded cheddar cheese.
- Bake for 15 minutes or until cheese is melted.
- Serve warm.
Notes
- Can substitute ground turkey for beef.
- Add jalapeños for extra spice.
- Prepare cups ahead of time and bake just before serving.
