Ingredients

  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 package of mini phyllo cups
  • 1 can diced tomatoes
  • 1 packet taco seasoning

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F.
  2. In a skillet, cook the ground beef until browned.
  3. Add taco seasoning and diced tomatoes to the beef. Stir well.
  4. Place mini phyllo cups on a baking sheet.
  5. Fill each cup with the beef mixture.
  6. Top with shredded cheddar cheese.
  7. Bake for 15 minutes or until cheese is melted.
  8. Serve warm.
