A simple recipe for the Daniel Fast.
Ingredients

- 1 cup quinoa
- 2 cups water
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup mixed vegetables (carrots, bell peppers, peas)
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
Instructions
- Rinse the quinoa under cold water.
- In a pot, combine quinoa, water, olive oil, and salt.
- Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to low.
- Cover and simmer for 15 minutes.
- Add mixed vegetables, garlic powder, and onion powder.
- Stir well and cook for an additional 5 minutes.
- Remove from heat and let it sit for 5 minutes before serving.
Notes
- Use any vegetables you prefer.
- Adjust spices to taste.
- Store leftovers in the refrigerator.
