  • 1 teaspoon onion powder

Instructions

  1. Rinse the quinoa under cold water.
  2. In a pot, combine quinoa, water, olive oil, and salt.
  3. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to low.
  4. Cover and simmer for 15 minutes.
  5. Add mixed vegetables, garlic powder, and onion powder.
  6. Stir well and cook for an additional 5 minutes.
  7. Remove from heat and let it sit for 5 minutes before serving.
