Description
Coquito is a traditional Puerto Rican coconut drink, similar to eggnog, made with rum, coconut milk, and spices.
Ingredients

- 1 can coconut milk
- 1 can cream of coconut
- 1 can evaporated milk
- 1 cup white rum
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 1/4 cup sweetened condensed milk (optional)
Instructions
- In a blender, combine coconut milk, cream of coconut, evaporated milk, rum, vanilla extract, cinnamon, nutmeg, and condensed milk.
- Blend until smooth and well combined.
- Taste and adjust sweetness if desired.
- Chill the mixture in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.
- Serve cold in small glasses, garnished with a sprinkle of cinnamon.
Notes
- Store in the refrigerator for up to a week.
- Shake well before serving as ingredients may separate.
