- 1 cup cookie butter
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 2 tablespoons coconut oil
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix cookie butter, powdered sugar, and graham cracker crumbs until well combined.
- Form the mixture into small balls and place them on a baking sheet.
- Chill the balls in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
- In a microwave-safe bowl, melt chocolate chips and coconut oil together.
- Dip each chilled ball into the melted chocolate, covering completely.
- Place the chocolate-covered balls back on the baking sheet.
- Chill again until the chocolate sets.
