Ingredients

  • ½ cup sugar
  • 2 eggs

  • ½ cup chopped nuts

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix flour, butter, and powdered sugar until crumbly.
  3. Add egg yolk and mix until dough forms.
  4. Press dough into tart pans and chill for 30 minutes.
  5. Bake the crusts for 15 minutes until golden.
  6. In another bowl, combine almond meal, sugar, eggs, and vanilla.
  7. Pour filling into the baked crusts.
  8. Top with cranberries and nuts.
  9. Bake for an additional 20 minutes.
  10. Let cool before serving.
