Ingredients

- 1 ½ cups all-purpose flour
- ½ cup unsalted butter, softened
- ¼ cup powdered sugar
- 1 egg yolk
- 1 cup almond meal
- ½ cup sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- ½ cup cranberries
- ½ cup chopped nuts
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix flour, butter, and powdered sugar until crumbly.
- Add egg yolk and mix until dough forms.
- Press dough into tart pans and chill for 30 minutes.
- Bake the crusts for 15 minutes until golden.
- In another bowl, combine almond meal, sugar, eggs, and vanilla.
- Pour filling into the baked crusts.
- Top with cranberries and nuts.
- Bake for an additional 20 minutes.
- Let cool before serving.
