Ingredients

- 500g strong white bread flour
- 350ml water
- 100g sourdough starter
- 10g salt
- 50g dried cranberries
- 50g chopped nuts
- 1 tsp dried rosemary
Instructions
- In a large bowl, mix the flour and salt.
- Add the water and sourdough starter, mixing until a dough forms.
- Knead the dough for about 10 minutes.
- Incorporate cranberries, nuts, and rosemary into the dough.
- Place the dough in a greased bowl and cover it. Let it rise for 4 hours.
- Shape the dough and place it in a proofing basket. Let it rise for 2 hours.
- Preheat the oven to 230°C (450°F).
- Score the top of the dough and bake for 30-35 minutes.
- Let the bread cool before slicing.
Notes
- Use a mature sourdough starter for best results.
- Adjust the amount of cranberries and nuts to your taste.
- Ensure your oven is fully preheated before baking.
