Ingredients

- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 cup unsalted butter, chilled
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 cup ice water
- 2 cups mixed dried fruits
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix flour, sugar, and salt.
- Cut in butter until mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
- Add ice water, mix until dough forms.
- Roll out dough and fit it into a pie pan.
- In another bowl, combine dried fruits, cinnamon, nutmeg, and lemon juice.
- Pour fruit mixture into the pie crust.
- Cover with another layer of dough and seal edges.
- Cut slits in the top crust for steam to escape.
- Bake for 45-50 minutes until golden brown.
