Ingredients

- 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup mini marshmallows
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, cocoa powder, and powdered sugar.
- Add melted butter and vanilla extract. Stir until combined.
- Fold in mini marshmallows and chocolate chips.
- Press the mixture into a greased 8×8 inch pan.
- Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or until set.
- Cut into squares and serve.
Notes
- Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
- Optionally, add nuts or dried fruits for extra flavor.
