Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs and milk.
- Add salt, pepper, cheese, ham, bell peppers, and onions to the egg mixture.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Pour the mixture into the skillet and cook for about 5 minutes.
- Transfer the skillet to the oven and bake for 20 minutes or until set.
- Remove from oven and let cool for a few minutes before serving.
