- 1 whole roasted turkey (5 kg)
- 2 cups stuffing mix
- 100g butter
- 2 cups cranberry sauce
- 1 kg roasted vegetables (potatoes, carrots, pumpkin)
- 1 loaf of fresh bread
- 1 large green salad
- 6 plum puddings
- 1 liter brandy cream
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 180°C.
- Prepare the turkey by stuffing it with stuffing mix.
- Rub butter over the turkey and season.
- Place the turkey in the oven and roast for 3 hours.
- While the turkey cooks, prepare roasted vegetables.
- Make the green salad and set it aside.
- Heat the cranberry sauce in a small pot.
- Once the turkey is cooked, let it rest for 20 minutes before carving.
- Serve the turkey with roasted vegetables, salad, and cranberry sauce.
- For dessert, serve plum pudding with brandy cream.
