A simple and delicious recipe for Christmas fudge.
Ingredients

- 2 cups of semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1 can (14 ounces) of sweetened condensed milk
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
- 1 cup of chopped nuts (optional)
- 1/4 cup of powdered sugar (for dusting)
Instructions
- Line an 8×8 inch baking dish with parchment paper.
- In a saucepan, combine chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk over medium heat.
- Stir until the chocolate is melted and the mixture is smooth.
- Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract and nuts if using.
- Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish and spread evenly.
- Refrigerate for at least 2 hours until set.
- Cut into squares and dust with powdered sugar before serving.
Notes
- Store fudge in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
- Fudge can be made ahead of time for the holidays.
- Experiment with different types of chocolate or add flavors like peppermint.
