Description

Ingredients

  • 500g all-purpose flour
  • 10g salt
  • 7g active dry yeast
  • 300ml warm water
  • 50ml olive oil
  • Fresh rosemary for topping
  • Cherry tomatoes for decoration
  • Coarse sea salt for sprinkling

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix warm water and yeast. Let it sit for 5 minutes.
  2. Add flour, salt, and olive oil. Mix until combined.
  3. Knead the dough for about 10 minutes until smooth.
  4. Place the dough in a greased bowl and cover. Let it rise for 1 hour.
  5. Preheat oven to 220°C (428°F).
  6. Punch down the dough and shape it into a rectangle on a baking sheet.
  7. Make dimples in the dough with your fingers. Decorate with rosemary and tomatoes.
  8. Sprinkle with coarse sea salt.
  9. Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden.
  10. Let it cool before serving.
