Ingredients
Scale
- 500g all-purpose flour
- 10g salt
- 7g active dry yeast
- 300ml warm water
- 50ml olive oil
- Fresh rosemary for topping
- Cherry tomatoes for decoration
- Coarse sea salt for sprinkling
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix warm water and yeast. Let it sit for 5 minutes.
- Add flour, salt, and olive oil. Mix until combined.
- Knead the dough for about 10 minutes until smooth.
- Place the dough in a greased bowl and cover. Let it rise for 1 hour.
- Preheat oven to 220°C (428°F).
- Punch down the dough and shape it into a rectangle on a baking sheet.
- Make dimples in the dough with your fingers. Decorate with rosemary and tomatoes.
- Sprinkle with coarse sea salt.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden.
- Let it cool before serving.

- This bread is best served warm.
- You can customize toppings with olives or bell peppers.
