Ingredients

- 4 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 packet (2 1/4 tsp) active dry yeast
- 1 1/2 cups warm water
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 2 teaspoons salt
- Fresh rosemary sprigs
- Cherry tomatoes
- Olives
- Sea salt for topping
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine warm water, sugar, and yeast. Let it sit for 5 minutes.
- Add flour, salt, and olive oil. Mix until a dough forms.
- Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 5 minutes.
- Place the dough in a greased bowl and cover. Let it rise for 1 hour.
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Transfer the dough to a baking sheet and stretch it out.
- Make dimples with your fingers, then top with rosemary, tomatoes, and olives.
- Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle sea salt on top.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
- Let it cool slightly before serving.

- Serve warm with olive oil for dipping.
