Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine warm water, sugar, and yeast. Let it sit for 5 minutes.
  2. Add flour, salt, and olive oil. Mix until a dough forms.
  3. Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 5 minutes.
  4. Place the dough in a greased bowl and cover. Let it rise for 1 hour.
  5. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  6. Transfer the dough to a baking sheet and stretch it out.
  7. Make dimples with your fingers, then top with rosemary, tomatoes, and olives.
  8. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle sea salt on top.
  9. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
