Ingredients

- 1 whole turkey (12–14 pounds)
- 4 cups stuffing
- 1 cup cranberry sauce
- 2 cups mashed potatoes
- 1 cup green bean casserole
- 1 loaf of dinner rolls
- 1 cup gravy
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Prepare the turkey by seasoning it with salt, pepper, and olive oil.
- Stuff the turkey with the stuffing.
- Place the turkey in a roasting pan and cover it with foil.
- Roast the turkey for about 3 hours, removing the foil in the last hour to brown the skin.
- Prepare the mashed potatoes and green bean casserole while the turkey cooks.
- Heat the dinner rolls in the oven during the last 10 minutes of turkey cooking time.
- Let the turkey rest for 20 minutes before carving.
- Serve with cranberry sauce and gravy.
Notes
- Make sure the turkey reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
- You can prepare the stuffing a day in advance.
- Leftovers can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
