- 1 whole turkey (12–14 lbs)
- 2 cups stuffing mix
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 1/2 cup butter
- 2 tablespoons fresh sage, chopped

- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 cup cranberry sauce
- 1 bottle red wine
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Prepare the stuffing by mixing the stuffing mix with chicken broth, butter, sage, and rosemary.
- Stuff the turkey with the prepared stuffing.
- Season the turkey with salt and pepper.
- Place the turkey in a roasting pan and cover it with foil.
- Roast for 3-4 hours, removing the foil for the last hour to brown the skin.
- Let the turkey rest for 30 minutes before carving.
- Serve with cranberry sauce and red wine.

- Use a meat thermometer to ensure the turkey reaches 165°F (74°C).
