  • 1 tablespoon rosemary
  • 1 cup cranberry sauce

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 325°F (165°C).
  2. Prepare the stuffing by sautéing the onion, carrots, and celery in butter.
  3. Add the stuffing mix and chicken broth, then mix well.
  4. Stuff the turkey with the prepared stuffing.
  5. Place the turkey in a roasting pan and season with salt, pepper, thyme, and rosemary.
  6. Cover with foil and roast for 2.5 to 3 hours.
  7. Remove the foil in the last 30 minutes to brown the skin.
  8. Check the internal temperature, it should reach 165°F (75°C).
  9. Let the turkey rest for 20 minutes before carving.
  10. Serve with cranberry sauce.
