Ingredients

- 2 cups Brussels sprouts, halved
- 1 cup cranberry sauce
- 4 large potatoes, peeled and cubed
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1/4 cup butter
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 cup green beans, trimmed
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Toss Brussels sprouts with olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Spread on a baking sheet.
- Roast the Brussels sprouts for 20-25 minutes.
- Boil potatoes in salted water until tender, about 15 minutes. Drain.
- Mash potatoes with heavy cream and butter until smooth. Season with salt and pepper.
- Steam green beans until bright green and tender, about 5 minutes.
- Serve cranberry sauce in a bowl and top with chopped pecans.
Notes
- Feel free to add other vegetables.
- Make the potato mash ahead of time and reheat.
- Adjust seasoning to your taste.
