Ingredients

  • 4 large potatoes, peeled and cubed

  • 1/4 cup butter
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 cup green beans, trimmed
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 cup chopped pecans

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Toss Brussels sprouts with olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Spread on a baking sheet.
  3. Roast the Brussels sprouts for 20-25 minutes.
  4. Boil potatoes in salted water until tender, about 15 minutes. Drain.
  5. Mash potatoes with heavy cream and butter until smooth. Season with salt and pepper.
  6. Steam green beans until bright green and tender, about 5 minutes.
  7. Serve cranberry sauce in a bowl and top with chopped pecans.
