Ingredients
- Turkey – 1 whole (12-14 lbs)
- Stuffing – 2 cups
- Potatoes – 5 lbs
- Green beans – 1 lb
- Cranberry sauce – 1 cup
- Gravy – 2 cups
- Pumpkin pie – 1 whole
- Whipped cream – 1 cup
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 325°F (165°C).
- Prepare the turkey by removing giblets and patting dry.
- Stuff the turkey with stuffing.
- Place turkey in a roasting pan and cover with foil.
- Roast turkey for about 3-4 hours, basting occasionally.
- Cook potatoes in boiling water until tender, then mash.
- Steam or sauté green beans until bright green.
- Prepare cranberry sauce according to package instructions.
- Make gravy from turkey drippings.
- Serve turkey with all sides and finish with pumpkin pie and whipped cream.
