Ingredients

- 8 slices of bread, cubed
- 6 large eggs
- 2 cups milk
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup cooked sausage, crumbled
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
- In a greased baking dish, layer the cubed bread, sausage, and green onions.
- Pour the egg mixture over the bread and sausage.
- Sprinkle cheddar cheese on top.
- Bake for 45-50 minutes or until the eggs are set and the top is golden.
Notes
- Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
- Can be prepared the night before and baked in the morning.
- Feel free to add your favorite vegetables.
