- 1 pack of puff pastry
- 200g cream cheese
- 100g smoked salmon
- 1/4 cup fresh dill
- 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes
- 1/4 cup capers
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
- Roll out the puff pastry and cut into small squares.
- Place the squares on a baking sheet and bake for 15 minutes until golden.
- Mix cream cheese, dill, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Top each pastry square with the cream cheese mixture.
- Add smoked salmon, cherry tomatoes, and capers on top.
- Serve warm or at room temperature.
