- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter
- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- Red and green sprinkles
- Buttercream frosting
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Grease and flour a bento cake pan.
- In a bowl, cream butter and sugar together.
- Add eggs and mix well.
- Combine flour, baking powder, and milk. Mix until smooth.
- Pour batter into the pan.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Cool the cake completely.
- Frost the cake with buttercream.
- Decorate with sprinkles.
Notes
- Store leftovers in an airtight container.
- Use different colors of sprinkles for variety.
- Can be made a day in advance.
