Ingredients

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix granulated sugar, brown sugar, and vegetable oil.
- Add eggs and vanilla extract to the mixture and stir well.
- In another bowl, combine flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt.
- Gradually add dry ingredients to the wet mixture and mix until combined.
- Chill the dough in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes.
- Form the chilled dough into balls and roll them in powdered sugar.
- Place the balls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes, until the tops crack.
- Let them cool on a wire rack.

- For a richer flavor, use dark cocoa powder.
